Terms of Service

1. Service overview

Nex Agency provides Marketing, Communications, and Technology solutions. Specific service packages are detailed in the service contract signed by both parties.

2. Client rights and responsibilities

• Provide all information and materials Nex Agency needs to deliver the services.
• Pay all service fees in full and on time as set out in the contract.
• Work with Nex Agency during the review of content, scripts, and designs.
• Be responsible for the legality of the products/services you sell.

3. Nex Agency's rights and responsibilities

• Deliver all work items committed to in the contract, fully and correctly.
• Keep clients' business information confidential.
• Report results periodically and propose optimization plans.
• Reserve the right to decline requests that violate the law or social ethics.

5. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising during the performance of the contract will first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter will be brought before a competent court in Da Nang City for resolution.
